According to Ayan Orazov, the participants of the dairy olympiad, the world’s leading experts in the field of milk production and processing, leaders of the global dairy industry, technology giants and outstanding scientists, technologists and economists tried to answer questions about the transformation of the global dairy industry, the emergence of future dairy farms and factories, future dairy products and technologies that will soon be introduced into production.
According to the head of the university’s technology commercialization and business incubation office, associate professor, PhD Gulshat Ayesheva, one of the main goals of our scientist’s participation in the international exhibition is to establish contacts in order to find business partners for the further commercialization of our innovative projects, as well as to get acquainted with potential suppliers.
