Today, chairman of the board-rector of Zhangir khan university Askar Nametov took part in a press conference of the Regional Communications Service of the West Kazakhstan region and informed about the achievements of the university in the field of education and science.
First of all, the head of the university focused on educational programs and noted that the requirements of employers will also be taken into account. – We organize meetings with representatives of local large innovative businesses; with their participation, based on existing problems that they encounter in real cases, we determine the needs of specialists, establish requirements for competencies and develop educational programs, – said Askar Nametov.
He also spoke about educational programs developed jointly with foreign partner universities, about the methodology of personnel training together with major employers in our city, about the work of the representative office of the Ufa state petrochemical university, opened in ZKATU.
Then the chairman of the board -rector A. Nametov, moved into the field of science, told that the scientific developments of university scientists are aimed at introducing them into the economy, familiarized with scientific projects useful for farmers in the region.
In his report, the rector also drew attention to the role of the university in society.
