Senior lecturer of the Higher school “Veterinary and Biological Safety” of the “Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry” Zukhra Aitpaeva conducted a practice-oriented lesson on the topic “Preparation for slaughter of livestock and poultry, their pre-slaughter inspection” at the slaughter point of Batys Adal Et LLP for students of the VT-42 group on the discipline “Veterinary and sanitary examination”.
During the practice-oriented lesson, the study groups learned how to conduct a veterinary examination, studied the technological process of preparing for slaughter and processing of livestock (stunning and bleeding of animals, skinning, separation of heads and limbs, viscera, sawing, toilet carcasses, meat quality assessment and hanging) at the slaughter points.
