Director of LLP “Property Assessment” Utebaliev Zhaslan Makhmudovich conducted practice-oriented classes on the topic “Forms of ensuring the repayment of bank loans” in the discipline “Banking” to students of the 3rd year of the educational programs “Audit and taxation” and “Finance”.
During the lesson, students were introduced to the issues of legal regulation of appraisers, in particular, on the valuation of property accepted as collateral. The mechanism of collateral valuation was also explained.
