Today, the faculty and students of Zhangir Khan University began the work week in a festive mood.
The event was organized in accordance with the sanitary and epidemiological requirements. Teachers and students greeted employees in national costumes, putting their hands on their chests and expressing respect for each other, as well as traditional treats. The older generation blessed the youth. At the same time, there were many good wishes and a festive mood.
Director of the Center for the Development of Youth Initiatives of Zhangir Khan University Askhat Okshebaev noted the importance of this event.
– Our main goal is to popularize our traditions and history among young people who come to the university from everywhere. Korisu Ait is a special tradition that leads the younger generation to dignity and kindness, unity and modesty. In the western part of Kazakhstan, the Amal holiday begins with Korisu ait and continues with the Nauryz holiday. Thus, we showed the beginning of a big holiday in our region, – said Askhat Yerbolatovich.
