The appointment

The commander of the motorized rifle squad «Shooting» is intended for the replacement of non-commissioned positions in the units of the Land Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Qualification Requirements

The reserve sergeant must:

have a high level of tactical, tactical-special, fire and technical training;
have solid knowledge of basic and specialized disciplines, skills of applying this knowledge in practice;
be able to maintain high combat and mobilization readiness of the unit, firm military discipline and statutory order.

As a result of the study, the student must

To know:

the subject and objectives of tactics, basic tactical concepts, terms and definitions;
the history of creation, structure, tasks and prospects of development of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the role and purpose of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
the nature of modern warfare, the means of armed struggle used in this case, the basics of modern combined arms combat and its main types;
methods and means of managing units in combat;
purpose, tactical and technical characteristics and general design of weapons, purpose and combat capabilities of BMP weapons.

Be able to:

organize the battle of the squad, platoon and manage units in battle;

use educational devices and technical means of training in fire training classes;

to fire and perform shooting exercises defined by the program;

control platoon fire in various types of combat day and night.
