On December 14, the solemn event “Qazaqstan Republikasyn Tauelsizdigine 30 zhyl – Mangilik eldin uly tarikhy” took place. Chairman of the Board-Rector Askar Nametov congratulated teachers and students on Independence Day. He also awarded scientists and workers who have contributed to the prosperity of our sovereign country.
At the festive event, the merits of the university staff and students who won high awards, defending the honor of the educational institution at national, international, world educational competitions, sports competitions and creative contests were evaluated.
Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Tlekzhan Ryskaliev made a report, reviewed the history of Kazakhstan for 30 years and spoke about achievements. Rector of the University Askar Myrzakhmetovich presented professors-teachers and employees who work fruitfully in the field of science with the badge of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Auyl sharuashylygy salasyn uzdigi”, “Certificate of Honor” of the National Center for Agrarian Scientific Education and letters of thanks from the Akim of the West Kazakhstan region. During the ceremony, teachers and staff were awarded a Certificate of Honor and letters of thanks on behalf of the rector of the university. And the peers of Independence received letters of thanks from the local trade union organization of employees of the West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University named after Zhangir Khan. The management also thanked the best, active students.
The solemn event dedicated to the great holiday continued with a concert program.
