A seminar on the topic was held at Zhangir Khan University: “Bonitation sheep meat-fat and meat-wool direction of productivity.” This event is organized by the «AGROTECH HUB» project office in accordance with the agreement between the National Center for Agrarian Research and Education and Zhangir Khan WKAU.
The event was attended by specialists of the sheep industry, both in the West Kazakhstan region, and farms of the Aktobe and Atyrau regions, as well as agricultural universities of Nur-Sultan and Almaty.
During the seminar, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor Baluash Traisov, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor Kaiyrly Esengaliev, head of the «AGROTECH HUB» project office, Ph.D. Darkhan Smagulov told about the current state and prospects for the development of domestic sheep breeding, technology for conducting semi-fine-wooled crossbred sheep breeding, technology for conducting coarse-wooled sheep breeding.
In the afternoon, the practical part of the seminar continued at the veterinary clinic of the university.
